If you have a glamping gift voucher from a third party such as Red Letter Days, Virgin Experiences, Buy A Gift, Travelzoo, , Experience MoreLast, Smart Box, Envy, First Direct etc, then please use this page to assist you in making you booking.

Third party vouchers can be redeemed in 3 easy steps:

  1. Read through all the information
    As this may be the first time you will have been glamping, it's best to get an idea of what to expect. Even if you have been glamping before it is very important you 
    understand where we are and what is included in your accommodation; so please take a moment to read all the details you received with your voucher & visit the relevant page of our website for full details on your specific accommodation and answers to any questions you might have about your experience:

    You can also find details on how to reach us on our directions page as well as information on this website such as our facilities, dog friendly glamping holidays, view images of the site on our gallery, and local attractions.
    Please note we cannot provide hot tub vouchers at Dorset. Please contact us to discuss options, we are happy to honour vouchers and provide accommodation or welcome you fr ahot tub stay at our off-grid sister site (subject to availability and applicable fees.) Alternatively please contact your voucher provider to arrange an exchange or refund.

  2. Choose three dates for us to check availability on
    When you are fully acquainted with your accommodation, what's included, our location and what we have to offer just choose three dates when you wish to come. We recommend spreading the dates out over several months as this will increase the chances of the accommodation being available and we can process your voucher faster. 

    Please note:
     We are one of the few sites that welcome vouchers through-out the season.
    The quickest way to book a voucher is to choose a Sunday - Thursday outside school holidays and national holidays.
    If you wish to join us at times of premium demand (Fridays, Saturdays, School holidays, Bank Holidays and National Holidays) upgrades apply. 
    A minimum stay period applied to Bank Holidays.
    We welcome guests from across the country as such our school holiday dates reflect boarding school terms. 
    As we have limited accommodation, dates book out very quickly, as such all bookings are on a strictly first come basis.

  3. Complete the Third Party Experience Voucher Booking Form
    All you need to do to redeem your voucher is complete and return the Glamping Experience Voucher booking form. We can either send you a copy via email or you can use the form below. 
    On receipt of your voucher redemption booking form / request we will process your voucher.
    If we have availability we will send you a booking confirmation. 
    If we do not have availability we will contact you by email to discuss options.

We offer a range of services on site which you can book in advance of your arrival. We advise that you add the domain to your mail host's safe sender list so you can receive our confirmation of your booking and messages about your stay. Don't worry we do not send newsletters or sell on data.
Huge Demand Notice:
Please note we have been inundated with voucher redemption requests. Please be patient, as it can take up to two weeks to process a voucher. You are welcome to exchange your voucher in with the issuer for a different experience if you prefer. To assist in your booking, subject to availability, we will always endeavour to welcome you on the dates you have selected and the accommodation your voucher is valid for. If, however, these are not available, for your convenience, we will consider honouring a voucher for a different type of accommodation up to the same value as your voucher.

Please note that stays must be booked and taken before the voucher's expiry date. It is essential that any accessibility issues be raised with us before booking, this way we can advise as to the most suitable accommodation available if required. Please note that we are in rural Dorset as such we are an hour from the nearest hospital. We request that all guests advise when booking of any medical conditions including pregnancy and children under 5 in their party.

Dorset Third Party Voucher Redemption Request

As many of our accommodation units are unique to us they do book out quickly. For your convenience we ask that you select at least three date options spread as far apart as possible. The more options you provide the quicker your voucher will be processed as we progress the redemption without having to contact you for alternative dates.

Terms & Conditions: I and my party are in good physical health, not pregnant, have no children below the age of 5 in the party and are over the age of 18. I understand that my voucher is payment for my accommodation only. I understand that my voucher is only valid for the dates booked and once redeemed I cannot alter my booking without paying for the dates reserved. I understand that in order to cancel a booking I must send written notification to DCHE & receive acknowledgement of receipt. I agree that if I cancel a booking 20 working days or less before the dates reserved I am liable for the full accommodation fee / use of the voucher if the accommodation cannot be re-let. If I wish to cancel my booking or any accommodation involved, I understand that the voucher is void and cannot be reused. I understand that due to health and safety / insurance reasons the use of private electrical equipment is not permitted on site. I confirm that I am aware of the sites location and have looked at the images of the site and my accommodation available on the internet. I understand that DCHE offer a variety of accommodation on their site. I understand that DCHE is situated in a rural setting and accept that this is the natural habitat of wild animals. I and my party will not leave food stuffs out that may encourage wild animals into the site. I understand that activities are booked with third parties, that activities must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise stated and that these fees are non-refundable. I understand that check-in is from 2pm – 6pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. I agree that unless I have booked late check-in or late check-out that fees will be incurred for arrival and departure outside these times and my card can be charged accordingly. I do not hold DCHE responsible for cancellation of any activities or costs incurred. I understand that all bills must be settled before departure and failure to do so will incur a failure to pay surcharge of 10% of the total fee due. I agree that if I fail to pay before departure my card can be charged accordingly. I understand and agree that Woodland Escape are not liable for refunds or expenses I incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling my Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. I understand that all images of accommodation are only as an example and that my accommodation may differ from any images I have seen. I understand & accept that canvas structures may suffer in adverse weather conditions. I agree I will not hold DCHE liable for any event beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to any failure or defective working of all equipment, adverse weather and its effect on your accommodation unit. I understand and agree that DCHE reserve the right to cancel my booking due to bad weather, equipment failure, and damage or for other reasons. I understand and agree that in the eventuality of DCHE cancelling I will be able to rebook my stay but no compensation shall be paid. I understand and agree that DCHE’s total liability to me arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the monies I have paid DCHE under it at the date any claim arises. I understand and agree that DCHE’s services and accommodation are provided with reasonable care and skill. I accept that DCHE’s services are provided "as is" only and that all implied warranties, conditions and other terms concerning DCHE’s performance of the services are excluded to the extent permitted by local factors. I understand that it is my responsibility to make a representative of DCHE aware of any issues during my stay so that DCHE has the opportunity to resolve any issues, I accept that if I do not bring any issues to light till the end of my stay or after my departure, having used the service provided in good faith, I will have wavered any right to a refund. I understand that the site is a no smoking zone that it is illegal to smoke inside or around any accommodation. I understand that I am responsible for my group, their knowledge of site rules & any damage caused by them. I agree that any fees resulting from damage or missing equipment can be charged to my card. I understand that BMVCCP caters for groups, families & couples and agree that I will ensure all members of my party will abide by the site rule of “respecting other guests”, that we will play no amplified music outside our accommodation or designated activity areas, that we will not play amplified music in or outside after eleven at night. I understand that failure to comply could result in the group being charged the full balance due & asked to leave the site. I consent for photos containing members of my group to be used for marketing purposes & recognised in social media. Please note that stays must be booked and taken before the vouchers expiry date. I understand that if the accommodation or dates that my voucher are for I will be offered other accommodation and dates subject to availability.
